How to become a Swelex customer

Shopping at Swelex is easy. The process starts with you, the customer, contacting us by email or phone to discuss your needs.
In most cases, we recommend that you first talk to us and get more information about our products and services before requesting a quote. Depending on whether it is a known product or a specific solution you are in need of, the next steps in the process will be different. Remember that we are happy to help with drawings and material selection or just as advisors.

Scenario 1: It is a known product

Step 1. Get in touch with us. Either by email or by phone. If you know what product you need, that's all we at Swelex need to know:

  • Quantity
  • Time horizon
  • Application and end users

Step 2: We will prepare a quote. For a standard product, you will have it within 2-7 working days.

Step 3: You accept the offer by email.

Step 4: We request a formal purchase order to be able to derive the order and ensure that all conditions match the quotation.

Step 5: You receive an order confirmation and we place the order with the supplier. If necessary, we offer technical support throughout the process.

Scenario 2: Customised product

Step 1. Get in touch with us. Either by email or by phone. For customer specific products we need to have information about:

  • STEP files, drawings and/or specifications
  • Material selection and technical requirements
  • Quantity and time horizon

Step 2: We will prepare a quote. For customised products it takes 10-14 working days

Step 3: You accept the offer by email.

Step 4: We request a formal purchase order to be able to derive the order and ensure that all conditions match the quotation.
