cabling
Cabling provides power and data transfer between different systems and modules. Cables must be highly reliable, withstand extreme temperatures, vibrations and moisture, and have a long service life. Standards that Swelex products comply with are MIL-DTL-38999, AS50881 and EN 3475.
Contactor
Connectors ensure reliable connections in extreme conditions. They are electrical and optical connections that must be resistant to vibration, shock and corrosion. Our products comply with MIL-DTL-26482, ARINC 600 and ESA ECSS-Q-ST-70-02.
Heat pipe
Thermal management is needed to manage heat generated by electronic systems and motors. Effective heat management prevents overheating and ensures optimal performance and lifetime. MIL-STD-810, AS9100 and NASA-STD-5019 are standards that our thermal management components fulfil.
EMC solutions
Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) is essential to ensure that systems do not interfere with each other or are affected by electromagnetic radiation. Swelex offers EMC solutions such as shielding, filtering and design strategies that all comply with MIL-STD-461, RTCA DO-160 and ECSS-E-ST-20-07.
Sealing
Seals protect sensitive components from moisture, dust and other contaminants. Seals must be highly durable and withstand extreme environmental conditions.Common standards are MIL-PRF-81733, AMS 7257 and ECSS-Q-ST-70-29
