Swelex is on an exciting expansion journey with ambitious growth targets and now we are looking for you who are passionate about technology and sales! We need to strengthen our team with a Sales Representative with a focus on defence customers who is ready to take on the market with energy and enthusiasm. Are you the person who loves meeting new people, understanding their needs, and delivering top-notch solutions? Then this is the job for you!

Your Challenges:

Responsible for sales of Swelex's state-of-the-art products in connectors, cabling, EMC, fans, cooling and power supplies.

Building and maintaining relationships with customers mainly in the defence sector but also in medicine, industry and machinery manufacturing.

Travelling and meeting customers across Sweden and the Nordic region, acting as advisors and problem solvers.

Report directly to our Sales Manager and be a key player in our sales team.

Who are you?

You have genuine interest for technology and sales.

You are self-motivated, sociable, and enterprising.

You focuses on the business, builds trust and long-term relationships.

You have B driving licence and experience in technical sales.

You are ready to travelling 2-3 days a week to meet our customers.

It is an advantage if you

Experience as a travelling salesman and knowledge of the electrical or electronics industry.

Have experience in the defence industry or previously worked towards the defence industry.
