Kickoff at Idöborg

A few weeks ago we had our first joint kickoff with SW Automatik and Swelex. Two days that consisted of sailing, kayaking, sauna, team building and good food - but above all lots of laughter and time to really get to know each other. When two companies become one, community and group dynamics are crucial. The kick-off was a perfect start to our journey together.
