Swelex strengthens its position with new Business Developer - focuses on own production and system solutions

We are happy to welcome Stefan Gustafsson to Swelex as our new Business Developer! With a long and solid background in strategic sourcing, product development and production, Stefan will play a key role in strengthening our position in distribution sales and taking the next natural step towards own production and more advanced system solutions.

Stefan has an impressive track record with experience from leading roles in companies such as AFRY, Munters, ASSA ABLOY and Ericsson, where he has worked with sourcing strategies, supplier development and production process optimisation. His broad expertise in aerospace, defence and space is a strategic reinforcement for Swelex, especially in our work to build up Sub-Assemblies and complete subsystems for customers in these sectors.

At its core, this is about sales and trust building - understanding customer needs, creating long-term relationships and delivering solutions that make a difference. With his strong network of contacts within subcontractors and major partners, Stefan will be an important part of our continued expansion and help develop Swelex as a full-service provider of technical systems and production services.
