Swelex strengthens Industry team with new technical sales representative

Swelex welcomes Henrik Öhman as a new technical sales representative in the Industry team. With a background that combines deep technical understanding with consultative sales, Henrik strengthens our ability to support OEM customers and machine builders in technology-intensive business, where the requirements are often about the right choice of components, quality and long-term.
Henrik joins us from Redtree Solutions, where he worked as Business Development Manager with electronics and advanced products in the semiconductor area. The role involved driving new business opportunities, developing existing customer relationships and working closely with both the customers' R&D and purchasing functions, as well as decision-makers at management level. It is an environment where technology, business and long-term decisions go hand in hand, which is fully in line with how Swelex wants to work.
Previously, Henrik has also held leading sales roles linked to technically demanding IoT modules and antenna solutions, where the dialogue with customers is often both system-oriented and detail-oriented. For Swelex, this means a strengthening in business where electronics, RF and connectivity are part of the whole, and where cabling and connections are often a crucial part of the final solution.
As Swelex grows together with the automation business, we are building a broader and more capable organisation. Henrik's profile fits well into that journey, where we want to be even stronger in the customer's development work and take responsibility in more complex customer teams.
