Swelex strengthens Industry team with new technical sales representative - with extensive experience in lighting, control and OEM business

Swelex welcomes Joakim Grönberg as a new technical sales representative in the Industry team. With a mechanical engineering background and over 30 years in the lighting industry, Joakim strengthens our ability to support machine builders and OEM customers in technology selection, design-in and long-term improvements, from component level to complete system solutions.

Joakim's common thread is technology, customer dialogue and translating needs into clear proposals internally. He has worked in roles such as Area Sales Manager, Account Manager, Key Account Manager and Technical Product Manager, with responsibility for both business and technology in close collaboration with customers' development and purchasing organisations.

Joakim joins us from Leading Light where he worked with smart outdoor lighting and IoT-based concepts for control, monitoring and data collection. Previously, he has run OEM sales and design-in related to lighting components and control systems, including with Tridonic, and worked with lighting control and sensors. He has also led technical parts of larger projects, been responsible for documentation and provided technical support to customers and distributors.

For Swelex, this means a clear reinforcement in lighting, indication and automation-related applications, while Joakim becomes an important part of our broader offering. As Swelex grows together with the SW Automatik business, we get a stronger whole, where components, sensors and control can be linked to the customer's system requirements in a more complete way.
