Swelex strengthens sales organisation - new sales manager to drive next chapter in our growth journey

Swelex welcomes Erik Johansson as new Sales Manager. Erik joins us at a time when Swelex is building a larger and more capable organisation, not least through the merger with SW Automatik. With his background from Phoenix Contact and other leading companies in automation, he brings exactly the combination of technology understanding, structure and sales management required to scale up our presence with customers - and make Swelex even more relevant in customers' everyday lives.
Erik has over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing in technology-intensive environments, with roles in Phoenix Contact, Omron and OEM Automatic, among others. Especially the experience from Phoenix Contact is a clear match for Swelex, both in terms of product-related technology (electronics and automation) and the way of working in complex OEM business, where quality, application understanding and long-term relationships are crucial.
In his role, Erik will lead and develop Swelex's sales team with outdoor, indoor and technical salespeople. The focus will be on creating a scalable sales structure and a way of working that is consistent throughout the organisation: from qualification and quotation work to follow-up, cross-selling and long-term ambassadorship with key customers.
