Warehouse Administrator for Swelex AB - Temporary position

This is what we are looking for:
Are you the one we are looking for? Our colleague Emma is going on parental leave, and therefore we are now looking for a replacement as a warehouse administrator for our warehouse in Farsta. The position is a temporary position until August 2026, with the possibility of a permanent position within the company.
If you're ready to take on a role with a lot of personal responsibility, combining traditional warehouse tasks with administrative elements, this could be the role for you.

About the service:
As a warehouse administrator with us, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring that everything in the warehouse and deliveries works as it should. Your tasks include handling incoming and outgoing deliveries, contacting freight forwarders and booking both domestic and international deliveries, including exports.
We would like you to have experience in warehouse work and be able to familiarise yourself quickly with new tasks and systems.

Examples of work tasks:

• Reception of goods.
• Picking, packing and delivery handling.
• Contact with freight forwarders regarding bookings and deliveries.
• Administrative tasks related to warehousing, delivery and forwarding.
• Easier assembly if needed.
• Ordering of materials.

We are looking for people who:

• Preferably have experience in warehouse work or warehouse administration (advantageous but not required).
• Have a good knowledge of English, as tasks are performed in both Swedish and English.
• Is development-oriented and has a willingness to improve processes.
• Is meticulous and self-motivated.
• Is a team player with a positive and unpretentious attitude, who thrives in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
