Our History– Over 100 Years of Innovation
Swelex AB is the result of a successful merger of three companies: Stig Wahlström Elektronik AB, SATCO Komponent AB, and Jolex AB. This is our story – a journey where we have consistently provided cutting-edge technical solutions for more than a century.
Stig Wahlström AB is established with the ambition to provide the Swedish industry with the best possible technical solutions.
To broaden the component range and customer base, SATT establishes a subsidiary named SATTCO.
The personnel at SATTCO buy the company from its publicly traded owner, and the name is changed to SATCO Komponent AB.
Jolex AB is founded, offering a wide range in EMC and shielding, as well as thermal products.
Stig Wahlström AB is divided into three separate companies, and in that year, Stig Wahlström Elektronik AB is formed.
SATCO Komponent AB merges into Stig Wahlström Elektronik AB.
Jolex AB merges into Stig Wahlström Elektronik AB.
With three companies united under one roof, we welcome the new era by changing our name to Swelex AB.

For us, CSR entails taking responsibility for sustainable development concerning shareholders, employees, society, and the environment. We are also committed to issues related to working conditions and ethics. By constantly striving to strengthen our commitment in these areas, we become a better choice for you and your business.
- Selling is only done to companies approved for credit by us and against an invoice.
- Payment terms are 30 days after approved credit check.
- Prices are quoted excluding value-added tax.
- Currency adjustment: in the event of a deviation in the exchange rate on the invoice date by more than +/- 2.00%, a price adjustment will be made at 80.00% of the difference.
- In case of delayed payment, late payment interest is charged from the due date until full payment is received.
- Prices are valid EXW 001 according to Combi-/Incoterms 2010, excluding packing and packaging.
- Shipping and packaging, along with related freight documents, are charged according to our current rates.
- We use Posten's Business Package or Schenker for domestic deliveries, and TNT or UPS for international shipments. Other shipping solutions can be offered at an additional cost.
- We have a minimum order value of SEK 2500.
- In all other respects, the General Delivery Terms SEAL 2012 apply.
- Invoices are sent as PDF.
